The QR-Special is a specially developed round for the Quartz 25 Semi-Automaic Rifle used by the AcDragonian armed forces derived from the original round found in the building plans for the Quartz 25. It is a Quartz-tipped round that has the potential to shatter when it comes into contact with hard objects which make it an extremely effective anti-personnel round when it shatters inside the target on contact with bones, creating a wound that is impossible to mend without radically invasive surgery.
